
Terms and Conditions Agreement

1. Service Pricing & Payment
All service prices listed by Shine On Me are starting prices and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, contamination level, pet hair, stains, excessive dirt, or additional requested services.

Final pricing will be quoted prior to service completion but can be changed at any moment. By allowing the service to proceed, the client agrees to pay the confirmed total amount.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Shine On Me reserves the right to refuse future services if payment is not rendered in full.
2. Deposits & Scheduling
A deposit may be required to secure appointments for premium services, full details, paint correction, or ceramic coating services.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
3. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of deposit, a cancellation fee, or refusal of future bookings.
4. Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Clients must disclose excessive pet hair, biohazards, mold, bodily fluids, severe stains, mechanical issues, or aftermarket modifications prior to service.
Failure to disclose may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
5. Service Limitations
Shine On Me provides professional detailing services but does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, deep scratches, oxidation, paint defects, or pre-existing damage.
Results vary depending on vehicle condition.
6. Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction
Ceramic coating services do not include paint correction unless specified in writing. Additional correction may be required for optimal results and will be quoted separately.
7. Weather & Working Conditions
As a mobile detailing service, appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
Clients must provide a safe working area and vehicle access. Shine On Me reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
8. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings prior to service. Shine On Me is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
9. Satisfaction Policy
Clients must report any service concerns within 24 hours of completion.
Shine On Me will make reasonable efforts to address concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at management discretion.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Shine On Me reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe environments, inappropriate conduct, or refusal to agree to pricing.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By booking services, the client authorizes payment upon completion.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with service documentation, photos, and agreement records.
12. Limitation of Liability
Shine On Me is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, electrical issues, or damage caused by previously weakened surfaces.
